7/02/15: The 7th of February saw Mendip travel to Wells to play top of the league. A tough challenge against a well-organised team but the home team were surprised to be held at only one goal at half time. Despite a few chances and some great flowing hockey Mendip were unable to penetrate the defense, going down 3-0 at the whistle. Jasmine Scott, Kay Downey and Oenone Bodman-Harris shared the honours of player of the match, mirroring the team effort on the pitch.
